We recently learned about the importance of melatonin and your health in neuro. So I came home and told Chris about it...this is what he did.... (you can only produce melatonin while you are sleeping, and it HAS to be dark. Melatonin has been shown to reduce cancers, etc and does what Vit C and E do with 250 mg with .5mg).
